The largest interior forest in the world is now a reality in Dubai

Dubai continues to surpass itself with the construction of new and more modern skyscrapers and record-breaking buildings. This time, the city of Dubai will be the stage for the creation of the Tiger Sky Tower, which, as always in this location, promises to break records with its impressive architecture.

Led by the luxury company Tiger Properties, this super tower is set to be completed in 2029 and aims to feature the highest penthouse in the world at 430 meters high. This project is valued at $1 billion (more than €895 million), and with its final height of 532 meters, it will become the most impressive structure in the emirate.

Dubai’s Tiger Sky Tower is one of the most promising projects, captivating architecture enthusiasts with its sheer scale. Among its distinctive features, this project will boast the world’s largest indoor forest, a new architectural concept incorporating vertical green spaces to bring an ecological perspective to this monumental structure.

Developments of this kind tend to break all records, and the Tiger Tower aims to set four of them. The first is through the creation of this tropical jungle, which will span 447 meters, featuring exotic species, the sounds of birds, and, to add even more excitement to the space, a Rollerglide roller coaster (a rail-based zip line).

As previously mentioned, the Tiger Sky Tower aims to break multiple barriers. In addition to housing the largest tropical jungle, this space will also feature an infinity pool at 431 meters, the largest restaurant (spanning 439 meters), and the most spectacular royal penthouse at 426 meters. The tower will offer a 360-degree view of Dubai’s most famous buildings and landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and the marina.

Beyond these attractions, this building will also contain 849 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms and 18 penthouses, with prices ranging from €630,000 to €14.3 million. The amenities will be in line with high-end developments, featuring a state-of-the-art gym, a luxurious spa, a tennis court, and a jogging track.

The world is being dominated by towering skyscrapers, and major cities are striving to stand out in the field of architecture. This time, Brazil will also have its own impressive tower, set to be built in Balneário Camboriú, a city in the state of Santa Catarina, southern Brazil, paying tribute to the legendary athlete Ayrton Senna.

This development will include 228 residential units, “floating mansions,” 204 apartments, four duplex penthouses, and two “mega triplex penthouses,” each with an interior space of 903 square meters. Among its unique features, this site will also include an immersive museum as a tribute to the career and life of Ayrton Senna. This Brazilian project was initially overseen by the driver’s niece, Lallali Senna, along with the developer FG Emprendimentos. However, later on, Brazilian engineer Stéphane Domeneghini took over as the project’s technical lead.
