Discovery Dunes is DLC’s first planning of this style, where ultra-luxurious Middle Eastern residences will be developed with 340 properties available. This development promises to include a series of amenities to strengthen the growth of a unique community that will feature mountain biking, kitesurfing, equestrian sports, and a private championship golf course designed.
The sale of land for these villas has already begun and has a particular feature that makes it unique: those who purchase these plots will be able to design their villa to their liking, with architects controlled by the company or construction specialists overseeing. “Residents can choose their facade and finishes in each room. We can offer finishes from Italy, Brazil, or Argentina, according to each buyer’s wishes,” they said from DLC.
Dubai plans a new luxury destination
In addition to Discovery Dunes, the company plans to create an exclusive luxury club called Discovery Downtown. This site will be built in the Edition Hotel in Dubai, near the Burj Khalifa and will feature restaurants, entertainment rooms for children, a conference hall, and a bar.
To follow the same line, the company has already established its first experience center on site, called The Lakehouse, which includes a farm bar and restaurant and offers recreational activities related to the lake, such as paddle surfing and swimming.
