The United Arab Emirates is the epicenter of skyscrapers and in 2025 the most anticipated constructions of the future continue moving forward. In the United Arab Emirates, luxury architecture is the main goal, which is why the corporations continue advancing with the most exclusive developments that, as always, promise to break records.
During 2024, two major construction projects were announced that are still progressing in 2025 and that, although they are located in the most futuristic cities, could also be rivaled by China, which continues in the race to become the country with the most impressive high-rise towers in the world. However, Dubai remains ahead with two developments that will completely transform the Emirates.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, the crown of Dubai
The watch brand Jacob & Co Residences announced some time ago the creation of the tallest tower in the world in the United Arab Emirates, Burj Binghatti. This construction will become one of the most anticipated works in Dubai, featuring a design based on the sophistication of this pioneering luxury jewelry brand. This building is planned to have a height of 595 meters and 105 floors.
The construction of this tower began in 2022 and its completion date is estimated for 2026. This site, which will ultimately feature the design of a crown from the Jacob & Co line, will include apartments, luxury penthouses, and services such as concierge, private chefs, and bodyguards. Additionally, it will also have an infinity pool that will offer panoramic views of Dubai.
Six Senses Residences, luxury wellness at great heights
Six Senses Residences at Dubai Marina is another promise that will be completed in 2028. This site also aims to break all records and will feature 517 meters distributed across 122 floors, including fitness facilities and wellness centers. In this space, healthy living will be the main goal and promises to fill its facilities with services suitable for such a purpose, where residents will also be able to enjoy the so-called “longevity floor.”
Six Senses Residences is one of the most anticipated constructions, which will also include the mentioned variations to optimize the lifestyle of its residents. In this special space, residents will be able to turn to crystal sound healing or enjoy hyperbaric treatments by breathing 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber.
China is not lagging behind and wants to dethrone the United Arab Emirates.
