Dubai not only stands as a paradise of architecture on land but also transfers all its magic to the water. In Dubai, aquatic mansions are also trending, and exclusive seaside residences are one of the favorite eccentricities of millionaires, paradises that only they can access.
This new project, which aims to push any limits, has a name and is known as “The heart of Europe,” where 300 artificial islands will be formed, on which 42 of these types of homes will be constructed, set to be ready only in 2026. This complex will be located a few kilometers off the coast of Dubai and will be built on six artificial islands.
Living at sea, the new concept in Dubai.
Architecture can move to another level with this new design that, although already known in other parts of the world, implies a new investment hub within Dubai, where real estate developments are continuously growing. In this new project, the floating houses will be ready by 2026 and will be valued at 2 or 3 million euros. For those interested in this housing plan, the options will be tailored to each need, and it will be possible to choose from the available designs, which will be spread over three floors.
The first two floors will be located above the surface and will feature a relaxation area that will include a minibar, a jacuzzi, a shower, a kitchen, a dining room, and a terrace. Meanwhile, the third floor will host the master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms will offer a panoramic view of the entire skyline, being one of the greatest attractions of this mansion.

The aquatic mansions of The Heart of Europe will also have a premium option with the construction of the most ostentatious residence, which features a room underwater. This variant will have 8 rooms distributed throughout the space, with the suite located in the depths of the water, witnessing a wonderful spectacle.
Those who inhabit this home will be able to appreciate, from the underwater facilities, the coral reefs that were relocated to these areas specifically for residents to enjoy. This is one of the hallmark points of this service, where inhabitants will be able to observe them directly and exclusively, from the comfort of their suite.
The Heart of Europe, the story of the most ostentatious project in Dubai.
The Heart of Europe was one of the first artificial island projects built in Dubai with the intention of recreating the different countries of the old continent on a smaller scale. Although many of these enclaves were abandoned, others were occupied and taken over to start monumental architectural projects. The first floating house sold there was in 2016 for 2.8 million and was called “Floating Seahorse.”
Kleindienst Group was the company in charge of this project, whose team spent more than 5,000 hours on research and 13,000 hours on design and engineering to create the first home. Since its announcement, company members have assured that residents will have to travel to their homes by boat or seaplane to reach their residence. The idea is that, once settled in “The Heart of Europe,” residents can travel between different islands using various boats.
