The construction of the Mercedes Benz building is a megatower of 65 floors, which will rise to 341 meters and will feature solar panels on its top that will recreate the famous star of the brand. The green policies of this building will be evident because, once completed, it will have 7,000 square meters of photovoltaic panels that will generate energy to supply 40 cars per day, which represents about 20,000 km of emissions-free CO2 travel.

This place will also have restaurants, sports areas, lounges, shops, and exhibition space. However, among the most striking details is the mobility system they created and the car assistance mechanism, which places this new enclave in Dubai at the forefront. The tower will have electric vehicle charging, smart mobility applications, car-sharing, bicycle and motorcycle services, and chauffeur services.

In addition to facilities for cars, the Mercedes Benz building will have amenities for all residents who decide to acquire one of its properties. This space will have 150 apartments with two to four bedrooms and a triplex penthouse. The curious thing about this construction is that they will all bear the name of the brand’s iconic model, including the most expensive in the line, the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe, sold in 2022 for 142 million euros.

The values of each of the units vary as the floors go up. The cheapest apartments are two-bedroom and have a price of 2.25 million euros. The most expensive costs 21 million euros and is the triplex penthouse, one of the jewels of this space. For those who want to acquire these properties, they must pay 50% of the price. Its construction begins these days and is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
