In Dubai, luxury buildings and condominiums never rest, and the Keturah real estate development has announced the start of an unprecedented project in the city. This is The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, an exclusive residential building that will introduce a new concept in this destination, where nothing seems to surprise anymore.
This project is valued at 2.8 billion dirhams and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Located in Keturah Resort, it holds a unique title: it is the first wellness-certified complex in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
A new wellness concept arrives in Dubai
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside will be a true city within Dubai, featuring the most exclusive and extravagant details that can be found in a place of this style. Those who gain access to this type of neighborhood will enjoy exceptional amenities such as a wellness center, a Club House, a women’s club, a children’s club, and fine dining restaurants, including Michelin-starred options.

A luxury and relaxation space in the heart of Dubai
The Ritz-Carlton Residences will provide residents with the best spaces to enjoy life with family, as a couple, or alone. In addition to the mentioned amenities, this development also features a 550-meter waterfront promenade and sustainable, eco-friendly shops.
It also includes private parking with 24/7 valet service and a gated community with unique views of the natural reserve and the Burj Khalifa.
