Dubai welcomes the restaurant of Rafa Nadal and Cristiano Ronaldo

In 2014, Madrid saw the birth of Tatel, a restaurant project led by Rafa Nadal, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Manuel Campos Guallar, under the Hospitality division of Mabel Capital. This innovative concept merges traditional recipes with an exclusive cocktail bar and live music, quickly becoming an iconic venue in the capital. Expansion soon followed, with locations in Ibiza, Valencia, Mexico City, and Riyadh.

Today, Tatel adds a new gem to its crown: Tatel Dubai, in collaboration with Leisure Quest, the luxury restaurant division of Food Quest, United Arab Emirates. This marks a significant milestone in its international expansion.

A NEW LUXURY DESTINATION IN DUBAI

Dubai, a global luxury hub, has been chosen by Tatel Restaurants for its new venue. This new space, in addition to its terrace with light tones and greenery, features an impressive central hall with double height and an open kitchen, crowned by a stage designed for live performances, a signature element of the brand.

The interior design was a collaboration between Spain’s Grace Design and the UAE’s Foresite Creative. Both studios, specialists in restaurant concepts, created a warm and intimate atmosphere with a palette of intense colors, adapting the space to local preferences without losing the essence of the Tatel concept.

SPANISH CUISINE WITH AN INTERNATIONAL TWIST

Tatel Dubai offers a menu that includes iconic dishes like garlic shrimp, grilled turbot, salt-baked sea bass, gazpacho, and León-style cured beef. These dishes, rooted in traditional Spanish cuisine, are presented with an international twist that makes them a unique experience.

In addition to its extensive wine cellar, another highlight of the new Tatel in Dubai is its selection of cocktails with a distinctly Spanish flavor. Notable among these creations is the rice pudding cocktail, which combines Beluga Noble vodka with black activated charcoal, and the smoked truffle cocktail, made with 90 Vida Mezcal tequila, infused truffles, almonds, and melon.

Tatel Dubai’s design reflects a balance between Spanish tradition and local culture. The warm and intimate atmosphere is complemented by a decor that evokes elegance and sophistication, without losing the cozy essence of Tatel restaurants.
