The case in question involves an Arab citizen who was ordered to pay 120,000 dirhams in compensation to another individual due to the material and moral damages the latter experienced as a result of fraud related to the misappropriation of their money. Los hechos se remontan a junio de 2021, cuando el acusado se hizo pasar por empleado de supuestas empresas dedicadas a la inversi\u00f3n en oro y petr\u00f3leo<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s de esta artima\u00f1a, prometi\u00f3 al demandante significativos beneficios econ\u00f3micos<\/strong> a cambio de una inversi\u00f3n inicial<\/strong> de 99.529 d\u00edrhams, los cuales tom\u00f3 y luego abandon\u00f3 el pa\u00eds. La v\u00edctima<\/strong>, al percatarse del enga\u00f1o, present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente en la comisar\u00eda de polic\u00eda de Al Muraqqabat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
