Following this line, Ruiz also decided to apply sustainable technology, this being the main objective of the United Arab Emirates for the future in construction. for this reason, the architect decided to apply bioclimatic techniques, incorporating open-air spaces<\/strong> and latticework that reduces energy consumption and creates a comfortable environment. for this, the architect chose to use materials from the hills where they will be built, such as desert sand and sandblasted travertine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
