This construction plan has been authorized and awarded to International Foundation Group LLC (IFG), which will start with the initial tasks for the project, including shoring, piling, drainage, and excavation, set to be completed by March.

Armani Beach Residences with Palm Jumeirah Penthouses, as the project is called, will feature 52 mansions with all the amenities a project of this caliber deserves. The Giorgio Armani brand took pride in this development, with its executives specifically choosing Japanese architect Tadao Ando to lead the project. “He is an absolute master of architecture, with an unmistakable aesthetic style that closely aligns with my sensibility. I read his heart, and he does the same with mine; we share a passion for beauty,” they stated.
The mansions at Armani Beach Residences will include two presidential suites featuring a park with a reflective pool, a custom gym, libraries, a private cinema, parking for seven cars, and a lush terrace with sea views and an infinity pool. Those interested in investing will have access to residences with two, three, four, or five bedrooms, as well as penthouses, all offering unlimited access to stunning exterior views.

Armani Beach Residences is part of a massive project that will enhance Dubai’s urban landscape with ultra-luxury buildings, ideal for its most discerning residents. While the first phase of this project is expected to be completed by March 2025, the estimated final completion is set for 2026. The construction will feature predominantly glass and concrete materials, with long lines and curves, glass terraces, and views of the pool and private beach from every residence.
