According to the data presented in this publication, the 400 properties were acquired by people from Jordan, China, and the United Kingdom.

Expatriates and international entrepreneurs led sales at 72 percent, while 65 percent of buyers were under 45 years old. Of these numbers, 57 percent were first-time buyers with developer Aldar, adding another detail to this remarkable milestone.
