These homes are being carried out by Aldar Properties company that will build a series of residences, including 88 apartments, sky villas and penthouses, with Japanese-inspired designs that will open in 2027. This site will be part of Saadiyat Grove and its cultural and culinary center.

New residences in Abu Dhabi

This ambitious project is overseen by developer Aldar, native to the United Arab Emirates; however, once completed it will be operated by the luxury hotel group Mandarin Oriental Hotels. The decoration of this site will also be important because it will be New York designer Lillian Wu, who chose materials such as warm woods and marble for this space.
